Business problem
The goal was to upgrade a web application to provide a quick organization of ships arriving at the Catalonia port terminal.
Implemented technical solution
An existing web application was updated using Angular/Ionic for the frontend and a NodeJS backend.
Outcome obtained
The frontend was optimized to provide a much clearer arrangement of ships both in terms of their location at the dock and their arrival times. Additionally, the capability to modify the positions of the ships was added, enabling operators to streamline their tasks and enhancing visibility for clients.
